You know what every woman needs more of in her life? No, not chocolate. Well, maybe chocolate. Plus wine. I think I’m getting sidetracked…
Anyway, the answer I’m looking for is: easy hairstyles that elicit compliments and make you feel like a trillion bucks. I mean, who doesn’t want to feel like a trillion big ones, especially when all that’s required is three minutes of your time?
There are only so many hours in the day and, consequently, minutes in the morning to get ready before you have to stampede out the door to your final destination. This hairstyle is one of those three-minute diddies that looks effortless, but still pulled together.
Impress at the office, look chic with the gals, or make that special someone want to lean in and run his or her fingers through your hair.
Enough talk, let’s jump right in.

Master This Textured Twisted Half Updo in 3 Easy Steps:
Step 1: Create Texture
To begin, let’s create some texture. Texture is a key component of this hairstyle and it only takes a couple minutes. It’s amazing what a small bit of effort can do for your finished look!
We recommend a curling wand, or you can use a regular curling iron without the clip. Taking medium to large sized sections, wrap your hair, hold for five to 10 seconds and then release. Complete on the rest of your head, then use a glossing serum to replenish some of that lost moisture.
Step 2: Twist Side One
Grab a section of hair from the right side of your head and twist it tightly. Drape it across to the other side and secure with two criss-crossed bobby pins.
Step 3: Repeat
Repeat, this time starting on the other side of your head. Position your hair so that it covers the just-placed bobby pins. Once you’ve twisted and draped the second section across your head, secure and tuck the ends under the first twisted section. Spritz with a little hairspray to keep everything in place and you’re good to go.
