It practically styles itself with the trims so keep up with your trims!

The cut in this piece allows for a modern finish. But let’s be real, cuts like these do mean you need to put some effort in. The blonde hair is not as flat as it could be since the depth is flattened at the roots. This will have to be trimmed regularly, probably every six weeks, because unevenly grown layers will completely alter the cut’s structure.

Let’s be honest, heavy blunt bangs look nice but they are a serious commitment, and I always try to prepare people for this. It’s true that everyone looks amazing with heavy blunt bangs and they look great straight after they are done, but they are heavy bangs for a reason. They feel much different than no bangs at all. Plus, as you said yourself, they grow out quite quickly and you definitely don’t want to deal with oily eyelids. Considering all of this, I actually think the bangs suit this look quite well. The overall look is very clean, and the weight from the jawline creates a nice symmetry with the fringe. This is best suited to people with thick, straight hair, which is kind of the aim. But don’t worry, if your hair is thinner you can definitely still achieve this look; just be prepared for your bangs to be a lot less full than they are in the photos!

Pulling off this style takes self-assuredness and good skills from an expert colorist. You should be prepared for the upkeep of a cherry red that bright. Keeping it that way is a bit of a commitment. The color with all of its energy and brightness makes a fun choice that goes well with an easy cut. For the bangs, the statement-bang look can be really chic and it compliments your jawline. Not a low-maintenance look overall, but it definitely is a standout style and those looks that grab people’s attention are never low-maintenance!
#23: Beachy Blonde Bob with Loose Texture
I cannot think of a better way to end this haircut than to say that it is an inspirational cut, which is a huge compliment. The texture looks a little haphazard, the blonde is bright but not too icy, and the general vibe is that you came from somewhere a lot more interesting than where you are going. The layers are really doing some work to create movement and avoid that triangle shape that mid length hair defaults to. If you have natural waves or curls this cut is going to reward you a lot. If your hair is straight, you’re definitely going to want to do this with a 1.25 inch curling iron and some scrunching to get as close to what you see here as possible. It’s a few extra minutes in the morning but honestly, the slightly imperfect version is better than what you see here.
