This hue of rich chocolate is so warm and so beautiful, and the colorist was smart to do a couple of pieces (not traditional highlights) in the front to frame the face and catch the light. The cut is just phenomenal. The crown layers give great height and then nice flipped ends finish the movement all the way down to the jaw. The movement continues as the ends sweep beautifully to the side. The side fringe works pretty cleverly too. It’s long enough to blend with the rest of the hair when pushed back, but also creates a softer frame across the forehead. I’ve had a client with very similar hair density and texture, and this was one of those styles where every appointment, she’d sit down and say “same thing”, and that is the highest form of praise.
