The softness definitely looks like it is doing a lot of work and looks young and fresh, which I think works really well for the cut. The red is a really nice pop of colour and the tousled layers give a more lived-in look, so you look like you just got up out of bed and look fabulous. This shape will suit fine to medium hair the most. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for thick or coarse hair because I think the softness might go over into too much volume and you would have to spend your mornings fighting to push it down instead of enjoying the style.

This is one in the list that has some real attitude. Not everyone gets the spiky texture thing because it takes a comfort level with looking a little more “intentional undone”.
