It also allows you to keep the hair around your face a little more soft, relaxed and modern.
Last year I had the sweetest client. She had been rocking the same long layers as far back as 2005. She was SO nervous about going shorter. We did a graduated bob and I’m not exaggerating, she cried. I think cuts like this look best on medium to fine hair because it gives more volume and shape compared to just using hair products. If that nice bouncy look is what you are going for, using a light scrunch of mouse on damp hair before blow drying is a good method for that. I think the natural brown color of the hair is good too.
