A French bob can age a person significantly, but my experience has been with clients who have shoulder-length hair and have been doing the same style for about twenty years. The bangs are wispy enough to be low commitment which I think is the right call with this much structure happening elsewhere.

The length is just above the shoulders, so there is plenty of room for creativity in styling. You can tuck hair behind your ears, let it all fall in front, etc. and the cut will still hold its identity. If you have fine hair, you should keep in mind that your bangs may separate throughout the day if you don’t have enough overall density to support them. So if you want to have this style of fringe, it’s best to be honest with your stylist about hair density.
