#2: Double Halo Braid Style

This look is sophisticated and delightful. What I appreciate most about this hairstyle is the comfort it offers and the way it astonishes everyone who sees it. Initially, it might seem somewhat complicated to achieve, but with practice, you’ll master the perfect halo braid.

I suggest this hairstyle for various hair types, although layered haircuts can pose a slight challenge (use bobby pins to secure it). Always opt for quality products: shampoo, conditioner, and hair treatments. They assist in achieving well-groomed hairstyles. This look is ideal for weddings, proms, and 15-year-old celebrations. It will make you feel extraordinary and is perfectly suited for your special day.

#3: Textured Boho Half Halo Braid

Embrace a stylish textured boho vibe with this half-halo braid hairstyle. A half-up design allows you to keep your hair neatly away from your face, while the halo braid serves as an eye-catching centerpiece. This look works best with medium to thick hair due to the amount needed for the halo braid, but it can also be achieved on finer hair using hair extensions. Consider using our Bombay Hair Clip-In extensions for added volume and fullness.

#4: Curls with a Braid

This relaxed halo braid is elegant yet impactful and extremely adaptable. The greatest aspect of this bold braid is that it’s fashionable and adds volume to the style, moving away from the typical quiff.

Anticipate spending around 30 minutes to achieve this appearance. It’s incredibly fast since there’s no waiting time; you only require a handful of products in addition to hairspray and clips!

#5: Elegant Halo Styles for Short Hair

Absolutely, you can achieve the dreamy halo braid around your incredibly beautiful short hair! The secret to recreating these two halo braids is to grab hair consistently as you move around the head, using gentle hands to form these loose, chunky braids.

#6: Dutch Halo Braid Styling

The contemporary romantic inspired this hairstyle. I aimed to design something soft and playful yet infused with a hint of sophistication. What I adore about this halo style is its versatility; you can don one of these braids for a festival or elevate the hairstyle for special events like weddings!

For clients eager to try this style, shoulder-length hair or longer without long layers is perfect, though for my shorter hair clients, it’s also feasible but with a unique approach to the braid. Hair should be prepared with a texturizing spray and loosely curled to enhance texture.

#8: Thick Halo Braid with a Twist

Craft an enchanting and voluminous halo braid in a unique halo fashion with a Dutch finish. Trace the contour of your head horizontally to form a Dutch braid. This technique involves flipping the hair sections outward, contrasting the inward flipping technique of a French braid. After securing the braid, gently tug on it to achieve a fuller appearance. For a dreamy, boho-inspired effect, consider leaving out some bangs or side strands during the braiding process.

#9: Fishtail Halo Braid Style

Halo braids are stunning, but consider trying a fishtail halo braid for an intriguing, standout appearance. A fishtail halo braid works best on medium to thick hair, although it can be created on finer hair with the aid of extensions. Fishtail braids add intricate details to an updo and can be fanned out to achieve a fuller-looking braid. Consider using texturizing powder, such as Joico Rise Up powder spray, to enhance the braid’s volume and texture.

#10: Charming Halo Updo

This braid is a stunning hairstyle for someone seeking something distinctive and secure. A pull-through halo braid is a wonderful choice because it is crafted with several elastics to ensure it lasts all day and perhaps into the next. Leaving down a few face-framing pieces gives the style a softer appearance, which I also prefer.

I would say this style is perfect for an individual with hair longer than shoulder length that doesn’t have many layers. Although the elastics make it simpler to control shorter pieces sticking out from the layers, it can still be challenging to manage them entirely.

This hairstyle can complement absolutely anyone! It aligns beautifully with a carefree and fun personality! For the style, I used Aveda products. I applied Pure Abundance Style Potion on the braid to create volume and add some texture. Then, I finished with Control Force to secure everything in place. The style is adaptable, as it could be suitable for a wedding or an energetic day running errands and working out since it’s so secure!

#11: Floral Braid Design

In the center, a halo braid styled into a floral or braided design looks stunning. This chunky style offers a breathtaking finished appearance. This hairstyle is for a confident woman who enjoys a simple yet elegant look. Products are the essential aspect of hairstyling. They can ensure the work is incredibly flawless. Use Got2b Spray and Gel for added hold and some Argan Oil for shine for this style.

#12: Simplified Halo Braid

The straightforward method to create a glowing halo braid is to begin on one side and braid over to the opposite side. Gently pull some loose strands for a soft fringe.

#13: Crown Braid with Low Bun

Softly styled braids enhance the textured beauty of your hair. This design emphasizes the crown braid pattern, while the low bun provides an elegant finishing touch to the regal appearance.

#14: Adorable Halo Braid with Bangs

A hairstyle like this appears elegant, which might seem daunting to attempt, but it is quite simple. Create french tail braids on both sides for the charming double halo braids while leaving plenty of hair for a relaxed low bun. Take some loose hair and curls for a wavy finish.

#15: Elegant Halo Braid with Weave

If you can create a braid, you can master this elegant halo braid using a weave! Grab your preferred weave and attach it at the beginning of your braid, which you can blend while braiding your natural hair. You’ll radiate like a goddess in no time!

#16: Halo Crown Braid with Soft Face-Framing Layers

This hairstyle brings all of your hair into the braid, creating the appearance of wearing a crown or halo. Allow for some face-framing strands to enhance the gentle look. Essentially, you fashion a horizontal French braid that traces the outline of the head. Complete the style by securing it with an elastic on the opposite side. Integrate the tail of the braid into itself, forming a seamless circle.
