In 2017 Janet became the only stylist in the state of Missouri that is certified and uses the Head Shape Matters hair cutting technique. Head Shape Matters is the only hair cutting system that has to do with geometry and custom fits a haircut to each individual client’s head shape. Yvette specializes in blonding, extensions, and haircutting. She also has a strong belief in educating her clients and being transparent and informative in all aspects of their hair.

Kerrie
Freelance Hairstylist
Kerrie has been in the industry for over 20 years. She trained with Toni and Guy through their Apprentice program while completing her Government standards qualification. She completed her training at the London flagship Academy passing with an A.
She stayed with the company for the next 13 years. Within this time, she found a passion for education becoming a salon educator and a Government standards assessor. Kerrie also focussed on her personal development becoming a Senior style director and working in a leadership role.
In 2017, Kerrie decided to run her own business where she works freelance. Education remains incredibly important to her and she often attends courses online and in person, including recently a master class with Ulyana Aster in London.
In Kerrie’s downtime, she can be found chasing her two young children around.
Kelley Panzarella

Kelley brings her expertise with 20+ years of experience in the industry. Her love of people and creating is what led her behind the chair. Specializing in natural-looking color, lived-in cuts, and special occasion styling, she has had the privilege of working coast to coast in salons and as a traveling stylist.
In an effort to help people feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside, Kelley completed her certification in Holistic Nutrition from Bauman College. Her passion for the wellness industry was inspired by her own health journey and her role as a mother.
In her free time, Kelley enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and connecting with loved ones over a delicious meal.
Serena Einarsson
Color Specialist @ Firefly Atelier Salon in Vancouver, WA
Serena graduated from Elite School of Beauty in Vancouver, Washington in January of 2021. It was challenging with the lockdowns but it didn’t stop her from pursuing her dream of becoming a stylist and Einarsson did not lose that passion since her first day at beauty school in 2019.
Serena’s specialty is in lived in natural color, with a special focus on natural reds over the last year. Her favorite part of being a hairstylist is helping clients leave their appointments feeling more confident than they did when they came in.
In her free time, she loves to watch other stylists’ hair videos to learn new techniques and color formulations.
Jaina Emerman
Hairstylist in Portland, OR
Since starting her career as a hairstylist in 2013 after receiving her BFA from the Columbus College of Art & Design in Columbus, Ohio Jaina confirmed that this is her true calling!
Emerman left her beloved, loyal clientele in Columbus, Ohio after 10 years of great hair, love, and laughs to pursue a new adventure in Portland, Oregon.
She specializes and takes great pleasure in doing wavy/curly hair, big-length transformations, short feminine cuts, low-maintenance color, & fun pops of color. She takes a lot of pride in being honest and thorough in consultations with clients about what works best for their lifestyle and their hair and making sure she fully understands their hair goals, while still keeping it a light and fun experience.
Jaina is the “lazy client’s” hairstylist. She does her best with easy-going, low-maintenance people who say things like, “I trust you” and “let’s try it!”. She will make it so you *still* don’t have to do much of anything to your hair, but now it’ll look effortlessly fantastic! Bonus points if you love talking about food— Jaina is one of those “live to eat” people.
Rachel Kuhnash

Rachel has been in this industry for 14 years and she got her cosmetology license while in high school. She started out primarily doing women’s hair and then branched out to work in a barbershop.
Kuhnash is currently working on waxing certifications to do men’s and women’s body waxing.
In her free time, She loves to spend it with her husband and their animals.

As the daughter of a passionate hairstylist, Madison was eager to step into this uplifting industry filled with energy and creativity. She has been behind the chair for 10 years, since graduating from Aveda Fredric’s Institute in 2013. She specializes in dimensional blondes and balayage.
When she’s not behind the chair or working on her business, Madison spends time with her family. She and her husband live a very active lifestyle with their son and daughter!

Taylor graduated and received my diploma for hairstyling at Lambton College in Ontario. She specializes in balayage coloring and fashion shades. She enjoys reading and walking during her free time.

Nicki Williams

Nicki has worked in the beauty industry for 20 years. She has become an expert in many facets of the beauty industry including the shaping, care, and coloring of curly hair, hand-painted dimensional color, and barbering.
She trained students and staff alike for almost a decade through the Paul Mitchell School System. Nicki has also taught at Sassoon and Redken-based cosmetology schools. Her extensive experience and training give Nicki a wide array of knowledge to pull from.
In her spare time, Nicki enjoys spending time outdoors with her Chiweenies Rusty and Rainbow or lounging in the pool with a good book!
Kaylee Burds

Kaylee is an accomplished cosmetologist with 11 years of experience. She began her professional journey in the beauty world shortly after high school, where she cared for children in a school district’s BASE program before embarking on her beauty career in 2012.
After receiving her education and graduating from the prestigious Aveda Institute Denver, Kaylee swiftly earned her license and started working behind the chair. She possesses a diverse range of skills, including hair cutting, color, extensions, barbering services, and some formal styling, but her passion and proficiency lie in color and extensions.
