Products: volumizing mousse for fine or medium hair, smoothing gel for coarse hair, finishing hairspray, shine spray
Styling Steps:
1. Apply mousse or gel according to hair type.
2. Part bangs above the arch in the left eyebrow.
3. Blow dry hair completely.
4. Section hair in 2” horizontal layers. Starting in the back, take a 2” section off the bottom layer and smooth it out. Spray with a little hairspray and wrap around a curling iron from ends to scalp, sliding the curling iron out as you go just a little bit to stretch out the curl.
5. Once you get to the crown area, only curl the bottom half of the hair.
6. For the hair on the left side, curl toward face almost to scalp, but not quite.
7. For bangs, slide the curling iron from left to right and across the forehead, curling upward on the ends.
8. Break apart curls using your fingers. DO NOT USE BRUSH ON CURLS!
9. Smooth bangs over using the back side of a comb and spray in place.
10. Once hair is in the desired position, spray completed style with finishing hairspray.
11. Spray lightly with shine spray on the ends, making sure to cover the roots with your free hand so product doesn’t get on roots. Too much product or product in roots will make your hair look greasy or limp. Follow manufacturers’ directions closely for this product.
