This style features a very textured, layered jaw length bob with a wispy fringe.

Suitable for:

Face shape: Oval, square, diamond-shaped, heart-shaped

Hair texture: Fine to coarse

Hair density: Fine to medium

Hair type: Straight to wavy

Styling:

Maintenance: Easy

Time: 15-20 minutes

Techniques: Blow-dry, (flat-iron if necessary).

Products: Volumizing mousse, texture cream, hairspray

Styling Steps:

1. Apply volumizing mousse.

2. Part hair above pupil of eye.

3. Blow-dry hair approx. 90% dry.

4. Section hair, and use round brush to smooth hair.

5. Emulsify some texture cream into hands, and use a gently scrunching motion at ends of hair. Use a flicking motion to bring hair forward.

6. Finish with hairspray.

Do you know what your face shape is, Kim? This style looks good on a variety of face shapes and you can wear it framing the face or tuck one or both sides behind the ears and it would be cute too!

hi. i just wanted to comment and give you some advice. I have been cutting hair for 5 years. andi wanted to let you know that that is actually a great style for someone with a round face. i have also done that cut one everyone from toddlers to even a 75 y/o woman who requesed it. and i havent seen anyone yet that it didnt work on. of course there areso many versions out there. but id say go for it. like i tell everyone. worse case senario, you hate it and you just trim the sides a little shorter and get something differen. or grow it out. i really think that youve given this a lot of thought though and i think youll be really happy.

I took this picture to a hair salon and wasn't sure if it would look good on me or not. But I love the new look. I am a 42 yr old Grandma of 2 and feel younger than ever. It is easy to take care of and style.
