Products: volumizing mousse for fine or medium hair, smoothing gel for coarse hair, Slick Works by Paul Mitchell, texturizing paste or mud, finishing hairspray, shine spray
Styling Steps:
1. Apply mousse or gel according to hair type.
2. Following directions on the label, apply a small amount of Slick Works to the hairs in front from the middle through the ends.
3. Part hair above the arch in the right eyebrow.
4. Blow dry hair completely using your fingers to pull hair straight. Use a medium round brush in the front to smooth hair forward and down.
5. Use a flat iron if needed to straighten longer pieces of hair, pulling the flat iron through down and toward the face a little bit.
6. Use texturizing paste or mud on hairs in back to make them spiky. Pull a very small amount through the ends in the front to hold them in place.
7. Use a small amount of finishing hairspray on the completed style.
8. Cover your roots with your free hand and spray the ends with shine spray.
