THIS SHATTERED BOB GETS DRESSED UP AND READY TO ROCK! This shattered bob features slightly shorter layering in the back and progressively getting longer at the front of the style. The shattered ends add variety as well as some spice to this look.
Suitable for:
Face shape: oval, oblong, square, diamond
Hair texture: fine to medium
Hair density: fine, average, thick
Styling:
Time: 20-30 minutes
Techniques: blow dryer, paddle brush, flat iron (smoothing iron)
Products: volumizing foam, thermal setting spray, texturizing paste, hairspray
Styling Steps:
1. Apply volumizing foam to clean damp hair.
2. Blow dry with a paddle brush. Dry upside down for a couple minutes to add some fluff!
3. Part hair slightly off center.
4. Spray thermal setting spray on hair.
5. Use flat iron through the hair. SLIGHTLY flair the ends a bit by slightly turning your wrist outward as you get to the ends of the section.
6. Apply a small pea-size amount of texturizing paste to fingertips and emulsify with fingers.
7. Piece through the ends of the hair with your fingers to give texture to the ends.
8. Finish with hairspray if desired to help hold your style all night long!
