EDGY SLEEK LAYERS STAND OUT IN A CROWD! This highly layered, textured cut is fun and flirty! Expert point cutting or razoring will achieve this cut. Bangs are cut to sweep to the side while face framing layers are sliced out. The cut is a bit asymmetrical due to the side parting.
Suitable for:
Face shape: oblong, oval, square, round
Hair texture: fine, medium
Hair density: semi-thin to average
Styling:
Maintenance: medium
Time: 15-20 minutes
Techniques: blow dry with a paddle brush, ceramic flat iron (smoothing iron)
Products: smoothing gel, thermal setting spray, paste or gel wax, hairspray
Styling Steps:
1. Apply smoothing gel to hair and distribute evenly scalp to ends
2. Blow dry the hair with a paddle brush to ensure smoothness.
3. Clip top hair up and out of the way.
4. Mist a thermal setting spray on bottom hair to protect the hair from the iron’s heat.
5. Begin using a flat iron on the bottom of the hair to ensure sleekness and shine.
6. Once bottom hair is complete, begin letting down sections of hair and smooth with the iron as you work your way up to the top of the head. Be sure to apply thermal setting spray to each section before using iron.
7. Smooth bangs over to one side with flat iron.
8. Once complete, use a bit of paste of gel wax on your fingers and begin to finger through the ends of the hair to accent the “pieciness” of the cut. Use pea-size amounts of paste or wax, and continue to get more as needed, working through a small amount at a time.
9. Apply hairspray if desired to hold the style.

I love how this look is angled to her neck! Its a look that has lots of styling options, the only thing i would change for myself is elongate the length of the shortest layer.
